01.01.2022 WHAT A DAY WE HAD AT THE PROSERPINE COMMUNITY MARKETS! From 9am until 12.30 we sold around a pie a minute. People were queued 10 deep sometimes and our great little trailer oven just kept those freshly baked pies coming. What a fantastic market it was and all involved putting it together have our hearty congratulations! Can't wait for the next one.
