Has a airport shuttle for a cheap price that runs from a fairly early time in the morning. 17.01.2022 Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are clean and beds very comfy. Lift is helpful if you have heavy bags, but stairs are not bad if you are feeling able. Property stored our bags on request after checkout until later in day so we didn't need to lug them around. Manager was very helpful with directions. There is major roadworks going on along the kingsford smith rd and this can cause a bit of a headache for drivers and pedestrians. But, it is only a slight hinderance and once done will be a wonderful piece of road. - Sue via Booking.com

07.01.2022 A decent hotel with spacious toom We had a one night stay in the hotel after we disembarked from a cruise. The location is very close to the Portside Wharf. Its about a 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The reception is not staffed 24 hours but there is a buzzer and someone will come to answer. We checked in at around 11 am and needed to buzz someone. Room was not ready and they stored our luggage for us. We asked about what to do given only half a day. The young guy on duty fo...r the weekend was extremely helpful. Based on what we told him , he gave us suggestions and how to get there. We walked to Portside wharf with his precise instructions and found the few restaurant and stores we asked him about. When we returned from lunch he helped us to take the luggage to our second floor room ( he said the elevator was out of order) We were pleased how spacious the room was. There was one double bed and one single bed, a spacious bathroom with a big shower, no bath tub, which is what we like. Theres a small fridge , kettle, with tea bags and powdered coffee. We were also given a small box of Greek milk for our coffee or tea. The room was clean, air conditioning works very well. Water pressure was good. My husband said the bed was good. I did find the mattress a bit sagging for my liking but I slept so no major complaints for a short stay. After settling in I followed the young guys suggestion and found my way to the ferry and took the City Cat to South Bank and had a great time. No traffic to worry about with the ferry. We booked a hotel shuttle to the airport the next day, very reasonable price and timely service. Better than waiting for a taxi or Uber. During the first stay we arrived late and checked out early, never the less excellent service. During the most recent stay, there was more time to interact and again the friendly and helpful staff must be commended.
