23.01.2022 Oss It has been a few weeks now without training; I know I have mentioned to try and do some katas, but I understand that it is hard to get motivated without your Sensei pushing you. We are getting there and soon some of the restrictions will ease and hopefully we can train (even if we do still have the 1.5 distance in place) kihon, kata, and kumite without partners. Do some stretching, push ups squats etc., just 10 minutes a day will help. I encourage you to ring me for any ...questions, if I do not answer leave a message and I will get back to you. 09.01.2022 Sensei Kanazawa has passed away Peacefully on December 8 th at the age of 88 . A huge loss in the Martial art world, a void that can never be filled. On the pos...t after this I made a tribute on various stages in his young life in honor of him. Our heartfelt condolences to His sons Sensei Nubuaki , Daizo and Fumitoshi and all family members from Shotokan Path. There will be no other posts today . May he R.I.P. See more
