18.01.2022 New guidelines for Medium Density Developments for Moreland City Council are coming! Having just attended the ‘Good Medium Density Design Workshop’ at the Australian Institute of Architects which brought together architects from across the board representing our developer clients, we were able to sit down with Council Planners and make recommendations to the proposed ‘Good Design Advice Sheets’. There will be significant changes to how Good Design will be assessed at Morelan...d Council for medium density developments with incentives offered to Developers, such as faster approvals, who achieve a high rating in the ‘Good Design Scorecard’.
