17.01.2022 DAY 1 I will be conducting 25 push ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), Anxiety and Depression that drives people to suiciding. I was nominated by myself. Thanks for the nomination I accept the challenge To all thoses family and friends ive lost due to this illness ... The rules are simple: # once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day. # everyday you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 # everyday you must nominate a different person Let's reach as many people as possible, let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from mental illness, you are not alone we are here for you. 15.01.2022 As much as I have loved training in my home gym with my puppies, it was great to get back to world gym for a heavy back and bicep session. Back to an awesome range of equipment. Just remember though for those returning to gyms after a big lay off, you won’t be able to lift what you did pre covid so don’t beat yourself up if you have to drop a plate. You will get back up there but make sure you don’t risk form for weight. Happy training peeps

06.01.2022 Anyone who knows me knows I am not a runner so for me to have done 2 of these runs in a week without stopping, I am stoked!!!! It may not be a marathon distance or fast pace but for me this is an achievement.
