14.01.2022 This is what we spend the remaining time of our life doing, being entertained by our grand daughter. Here she is, found a piano at Costo, Perth and promptly sat to play to a great applause from the customers in the store. She is a happy chappy and we were proud grand parents.

Always carry a supply of business cards or brochures with you. Have shirts made with your B&B 's name snd logo and wear them. Include an email signature with your B&B information on all your emails.

During periods where your overall results are better or worse than you expected, your natural question should be "Why"? See if you can identify any patterns such as: Is there a particular room... that gets a higher occupancy than others?
