13.01.2022 Hey fight fit students got a bit of a work you can go though. Keeping you practice up so important, for mentally physically , health and wellbeing So mum / dad you became the instructor .. Warm up.. 3 minutes skip or jogging on the spot/ running, - / 5 burpees - 5 star jumps - 5 squats - 5 push up - 5 sit ups - Repeat 3 times ... ( 15 minutes ) Head to toe warm up (5-8 minutes ) stretching - 10 leg rasing each leg Stances ... 8 counts Horse stance - Middle punch High - Inout - outin - low block- times 10 each Long stance Front punch - double punch - low block - low block reverse punch High block reverse punch - outin block Short stance Low block - inout block reverse punch Karate chop (10-15 minutes) On the spot kicks ... time 5 each side Front kick turning kick side kick Axe kick - catch kick running kick Catch kick , turning kick Front kick , turning kick (10 minutes) Line kicks .. times 10 each side 1. 10.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the corona virus pandemic the time has come that Albany Fight Fit Martial Arts Centre must close it's doors for a period of time unknown. We would like to thank each and every student and parent of this amazing centre for the support you have shown us through this hard time and assure you with your continued support when this storm has passed we will continue to help you strive to meet all of your goals. Please all look after yourselves during these tim...es and make sure you continue to practice patterns and training at home during this time when school, work places events and our normal way of life has come to a halt it is so important for our mental and physical health to remain active and focused, martial arts is am amazing tool for this.
