22.01.2022 We will always stand for diversity, inclusion, and an appreciation of the Indigenous cultures of Australia. We will always stand for respect, positivity, and dignity. We know that the world can be a dark place, at times, but standing together during these times is most important. If you want to know how to support Indigenous culture, there are some great suggestions in the link below. Our top suggestions are easy to implement and you can do them without leaving your mobile d...evice (which you are likely reading this on): Listen to Indigenous Music, here’s a Spotify playlist with some tunes of many genres, including rap, hip hop, indie, alternative and folk. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4SsNBECReca3jeVzZeEclg Watch Indigenous documentaries and films on ABC Australia and SBS Australia https://iview.abc.net.au/collection/518 https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/channels/nitv Donate money. Groups like ANTaR Victoria or Indigenous social justice groups often depend entirely on voluntary donations. Some other places to donate include: Cathy Freeman Foundation Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service - VALS and Yalari. Follow, like, save, share, comment and engage with Indigenous accounts on social media. Fashion designers, artists, musicians, community groups etc. some of our favourites include: Global Indigenous Runway, Thelma Plum, Magpie Goose and DIYDG - Deadly Inspiring Youth Doing Good. Tag all the Indigenous Australian creators, public figures, entertainers and influencers you know and then follow their content. #leadcreateinspire https://www.creativespirits.info//ultimate-list-of-things-

A Better Life in Lavender During 2019 our Year 10 Drama students worked with the colleges artist in residence NIDA graduate and local Melbourne playwright, Jessica Bellamy to write their very own play: A Better Life in Lavender.... A small group of government orphans relocate to Lavender, a small town in rural Victoria to start a new life.
