The lavender scent is medium- not overwhelming but also not too mild, just enough to feel soothed by. Soaks into skin. Good amount of oiliness- isnt watery or too thick. I use it for my face eczema and it has minimised the redness and never clogged my pores, as well as a body moisturiser, as well as on my pillow/clothes as a calming scent.
