25.01.2022 I received the below message from a student last night and wanted to share her words as they truly made this challenging time worth it. Thank you for the message Mrs Iversen I just wanted to say thanks so much for all you did yesterday to ensure we could come back to classes! It was really good to get moving and stretching, it has been long overdue and the body, mind and soul REALLY needed it Thank you!!
18.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE With the newly released guidelines for dance classes we are pleased to let our Aldgate Dancers know that as of this Saturday (20/6/2020) we will resume classes with the normal timetable as the Bridgewater Hall allows enough square footage for 20 students. We are so grateful to have this large space to work in. Other hygiene requirements will still apply: - enter via kitchen area, change shoes and use hand sanitizer provided... - exit via the foyer after sanitizing hands - do not attend class if you are unwell - bring your own filled water bottle - maintain social distancing (7 square metres per person) - strictly students only inside the hall Thank you for your cooperation so far. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone while abiding by the guidelines. If you have questions surrounding these changes or any other updates that are released in the media please phone me. As with the current status of the world, this information is subject to change. Please read carefully. 2020 Aldgate Dance Concert Tickets Dear Aldgate Dance Community,... As you are aware, there will only be one performance at this year’s concert and due to COVID-19 restrictions and physical distancing requirements, seating will be limited. St Ignatius College has implemented a COVID-19 Safe Plan for the Richard Flynn Theatre, which follows current Government legislation and guidelines. We have been requested by the Theatre Manager to strictly adhere to these requirements. Therefore, the following will be in place regarding the tickets: tickets for the performance will be sold on a ‘first come’ ‘first in’ basis until sold out. Please be aware that the ticket numbers are limited and will sell quickly. concert tickets will be available to buy from the first week of Term 4, by completing the form that will be supplied by Mrs Iversen and returning it to her with payment and all the required contact details. This year, no tickets will be sold at the Bridgewater Hall on Saturday mornings you must include names, mobile numbers and email contact details on the form before returning it to Mrs Iversen. The contact details of every ticket holder must be provided. This contact information is mandatory to enable accurate contact tracing if needed and is required by the Theatre Manager ahead of the concert. Tickets will not be processed if all contact details are not provided first. a reserve list will be kept in case restrictions ease please be aware that the Government legislation and guidelines may change at any time, depending on the COVID-19 situation and if so, we may be required to revise the ticket numbers to comply.
