20.01.2022 Here is a roof re-spray we have recently completed in Evanston Park, which if I do say so myself looks on point! Structually this roof was in good condition but the old coating had succumb to the elements and started to fade leaving the house looking depressed On this particular job we have used Dulux Acratex Cool Roof which is a heat reflective coating designed to lessen the heat absorption into the roof space which keeps the house cooler (even with darker colours!)... 09.01.2022 Here is the heritage restoration we have recently completed in North Adelaide. This was an interesting job as we were required to use Murobond on the render (which has to be ordered and shipped from Sydney) and the colours had to be chosen by the heritage board within the Adelaide council. The rendered facade had all the existing coatings removed leaving a fresh surface for us. We "burnt off" the old paint on the windows and door frames and sanded and repaired them ready for painting. All surfaces were sealed and then painted with 2 coats of ceiling flat, low sheen on the walls and gloss enamel on the trims. We sanded off the failed coating and repainted. 03.01.2022 Here is why you need to keep on top or your timber maintenance. The coating on this cedar panelling had failed and started to peel. We sanded right back to bare timber, washed timber down with a product called reviva and recoated with intergrain oil in 'ebony' finish. 02.01.2022 Do you have holes in your ceilings or walls that need repairing? Our customer had an old wood heater removed leaving a hole in the ceiling from the flue. We cut out a square to the size of the new board and installed timber batterns to fix the new board onto. Once in place we taped the joins to prevent cracking, then flushed in with 2 coats of base coat and a final flush of skim coat ready to be sanded and painted #onpoint #onpointpaintingsa #gyprock #gyprockrepairs #wedoitall
