21.01.2022 If troubles are around you, always remember they are transient. Like the ocean they come in and flow out. It’s when we get so attached to the anxiety about what comes in that creates a fear of the unknown, a lack of .......and a fear of it will never.... whatever comes up, if we sit in the awareness of that feeling, don’t judge it but sit in comfort of it and know it’s our thoughts around the topic that are creating the feeling within our body. If we can bring ourselves ...to a Neutral state, we have a base for considering alternatives, solutions and a calmness to grow from. We all have a fear of the unknown and sometimes it creates so much stress that we loose the joy in the present moment There are always many things we can be grateful for and it’s our job to float our mind with these. It’s from a grateful present heart that we find peace and return back home.

11.01.2022 Detoxing break. Finding a balance of giving and receiving is the ultimate way to live. This week I’ve unplugged ( except for this post) to take a break, detox with healthy juices and reconnect with nature. See you on the other side

03.01.2022 Being aware of what you are feeling is the most important part of healing. If we just bubble along and not accept how we feel we end up building it up as layers within us. By no means am I saying to be caught in that feeling but once we feel it, name it and talk to it, we are acknowledging it’s existence, why it’s there and what thought we had that’s created that feeling. This way you are in sync with you. You are giving acknowledgment to you for you. You aren’t rely...ing on someone to help you or know how to help you. Let’s not build up layers of old feelings that create anxiety and depression and general lack of joy, let’s feel it, name it and Accept that yes that’s what I’m feeling. This way you have held the hand of your inner child, acknowledged him/her and now come to look at that situation that was created from that thought and focus you had and be more peaceful and aware and now more solutions based. There are so many that will find this exercise a little hard when naming a feeling. If you are wanting to do this please reach out and I will email you free a list of feelings for you to play with. Try this exercise and know that you are giving love and good health to your mind body and spirit by doing this. As you get stronger, relationships both personally and professionally get stronger or whats for your best will come to light. It could be setting boundaries, or expressing how something hurt you.



01.01.2022 So many of us stop ourselves before we grow to big. Self doubt or limiting beliefs keep us safe in our box. Who am I to be brilliant ( Marianne Williamson’s Fear quote who are we not to be. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, Williamson writes in A Return to Love. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actu...ally, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. This quote is what we all should live by...and why the #%#%. Should we. It’s one life, our life if we fail we fail but what if it doesn’t? I don’t believe in failing. It’s all growth and we need to just feel the fear and do it anyway. I would much rather say I have it a go than say, yeah I had an idea but didn’t do anything with it. Grow, stretch, be bold, be bright. Do something today that pushes you past the stalling you are currently doing. This is a must..! Today....just one or two things. Start right now, put the phone down stop scrolling and schedule 2 things you are going to do today. Be very specific...... your future self will thank you. In fact your today self will also thank you.

01.01.2022 How you carry a problem in your thought’s will determine how you feel. When we have a racing mind. If we are feeling down you will see that your mind is making you right by thinking all of the negative situations possible. A steady diet of this will create all diets of situations you would not want to choose.
