08.01.2022 One of the great concert pianists of today playing Beethovens' Tempest sonata on a historic 1892 Pleyel grand piano. Beethoven was one of the great composers of his day and we know him as ushering in a new era of music in the early 1800's with his new style of composing. The piano used for this performance gives us the opportunity to hear the music how people in the late 1800's and early 1900's may have heard it. Enjoy!
