17.01.2022 ‘Band on the Run’ ...Voted #1! Or should we say band on a run as this is the second consecutive year running our ‘one man band’ (made up of four men and four women) was awarded ‘Mosman’s Agency of the Year 2021.’ Given how competitive real estate is and the challenging operating landscape we faced last year we are super proud. We always knew we had a good team but COVID-19 proved that we have something a little more special than that. Thank you to everyone who backed us in the past year, it’s why we do what we do.

16.01.2022 The Awesome Foursome. Well, it’s been a rather busy few days in downtown Mosman and Cremorne, with around $12,000,000 in property sales in the last 7 days. Congratulations to the vendors and purchasers of these four amazing properties. It’s a win win situation for everyone involved.

12.01.2022 10/17. Just Sold in Kurraba Point. That’s not the score, that’s the address. The score was selling this amazing Shellcove Road waterfront apartment at auction to this lucky couple. The score today was definitely NOT the 40 degree temperature in the shade, or my tachycardia like heart rate of 120 beats a minute, or the numerous other challenges we had behind the scenes. However, we don’t get to do dress rehearsals in this game, and the show went on and was a sellout success. So that’s a 10/10.

12.01.2022 The Serenity Now. One of my favourites episodes is the 159th episode of the NBC sitcom Seinfeld, where George’s dad Frank Constanza is using a calming technique recommended by his doctor: Serenity Now!. Well, this offering at 36A Brightmore Street is positioned on the edge of the reserve and is all about serenity. No calming techniques required here. It’s freestanding, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and this episode airs today Saturday 06/03 at 3-3.30pm. @ Cremorne, New South Wales, Australia

09.01.2022 Third Time Lucky. Just Sold in Mosman. Well, not that the first and second owners weren’t lucky either, but we’ve found our third custodians for this 1906 Federation beauty on Prince Albert Street. It’s such a pleasure not only to sell a historic home of this calibre, but also to be lucky enough to have amazing vendors that work with you flawlessly throughout the entire process. As we always say at David Murphy Residential, teamwork makes the dream work. Happy Saturday people.

03.01.2022 Sold in Sixty Seconds. Does anyone remember the movie with Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie called ‘Gone in 60 Seconds’ about car thief Kip Raines who works with his gang to steal fifty high-end cars for Raymond Calitri a British gangster? It was a really rubbish movie but they could get in and out in sixty seconds (which in theory is impressive), and that’s how this deal felt. Fast and impressive. Just minus the thieves and Angelina Jolie of course. Congratulations to the vendors and purchasers and thank you to PK Property for yet another high speed deal.

01.01.2022 Winner, Winner, Champagne Dinner. Just Sold in Mosman. Well, it was great fun to kick off one of my first auctions for 2021 with a fantastic result and a very (very) happy purchaser. This is the second time I’ve sold this little piece of Byron Bay in Balmoral but with this purchaser I can’t see it selling again any time soon. Congratulations!
