01.01.2022 Leading by example is extremely important. The saying goes ‘practice what you preach’. I absolutely love training with my students, especially on a Tuesday night that is focused on my brown & black belts only. Bonds and relationships are formed. Respect is reached at a higher level.... Students strive and want to show me their best. In times of Covid, training together can be extremely hard. Social distancing needs to be enforced. Sanitisation has become a way of life. Sanitising as students now bow on, off & during classes. See more
