25.01.2022 Due to the worldwide issue presently causing havoc in our daily lives i have had to cancel my April retreat at Dwellingup.I have sent an email out re same to those that were booked in for same. 23.01.2022 WOW so excited I had an email from Cricut this morning advising that I had won the competition for a JOY machine along with my friend They were giving 100 machines to entrants and a machine to their friend that they nominated so a total of 200 machines being given away.Apparently there a few winners in WA So you can imagine I am jumping for JOY I wasnt sure if I wanted another machine but this one is so portable will be great for retreats crops etc so now cant wait

23.01.2022 One of my projects I did at retreat this weekend to cover a window in our bedroom supposed to have done it nearly 2 yrs ago better late than never. Black cardstock covered the circle and black re inker used to neaten the edges then matted photos with various cardstock. Various old embellishments used. Will wait to see how long hubby takes to see have finally done it

20.01.2022 In a fortnight I am having a stall at the Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park Christmas in July Fair so after I went down to see them last week and donated a prize for their mega raffle I asked if they were interested in having some cardmaking classes during the School Holidays. So today it happened. 14 children participated. Used old stock and they all seemed happy with their cards. Will be doing more in upcoming holidays.Children sitting next to each other were together as families.

14.01.2022 SCRAPATHON WHEN :- Sunday 26th January and /or Sunday 9th February WHERE:- My Place Address given when deposit paid TIME:- 9am till 9pm. COST:- $35 per day (includes raffle ticket, a goodies bag, all day tea / coffee and dinner. BYO lunch)... WHAT:- A day of scrapbooking and or cardmaking or other papercraft project of your choice. WHY:- raising money for Fire Disaster (Proceeds to Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund WHO:- Anyone who is interested in scrapbooking or cardmaking can come along and have fun whilst helping the Fire Relief via the Red Cross.A day of fun, socialising with others, maybe learning a new trick or two, possibly winning one of the many raffle prizes and meeting new friends who love the same craft. Or do your own craft if not into papercrafting. PLAN:- Along with your papercrafting throughout the day there is going to be raffles. (you will get a free ticket as part of your admission cost) The prizes will of course be scrapbooking products. You can buy as many tickets as you like but once a ticket has been won that goes in the bin. There will also be chances for you to earn extra tickets on the day. More info later. MEALS:-Please bring your own lunch. Dinner is included. Tea/ coffee/ nibbles available all day. Hopefully we can all get together have a fun day and raise money for a very worthwhile cause. Though I am a Close To My Heart consultant this event is for any papercrafters and you are free to use your own supplies as desired. 04.01.2022 Today I did a class with 4 young men.This involved a canvas and texture paste with shells and odd and ends like string gauze wire mesh etc being adhered to the texture paste.Then sprayed with reinker mixed with water. A backing was applied with a photo of their choice.

02.01.2022 Had 2 grandies overnight one of them decided wanted to make something this morning so after he rummaged through scraps old papers etc he decided to make a beach theme mini album.He cut, used die cuts and stamping to complete it as well some old complements.He was pleased with the result just need photos to add to it.This is a great book that children can make in a couple hours.
