16.01.2022 Today while we were preparing the curries and sauces. The Eatnow technician team has called in for the device activation. After we've done the testing of the device, the technician must have forgotten to turn off the system as we planned to open This Sunday. 10 mins later the device alert system made sound and i was surprised! We have received an order already!!? But unfortunately two of the items are not ready so i have to called Eatnow support team to cancel the order and i personally called the customer to apologised. We were very happy when we have received an order from you Heather and very sorry about the misunderstanding. We hope to see your order again very soon, thank you for choosing us.
