25.01.2022 GOOD MORNING! Day 1, perfect day for a fresh start We are kicking it off with a fun workout we will be repeating each day for 6 days. Today might be a little messy while we learn the moves and layout, but by day 6 we will be killing it ... Grab yourself a piece of paper and draw up a table like this with all your participants names across the top and the exercises down the side. Keep a pen handy for the session to tick things off as you do them. We will quickly go through the exercises at the start of the session at 10am so don’t panic if you don’t know what they are. The bottom option in each box are low impact and suitable for our pregnant mummas, those starting out, kids that don’t really participate in much physical activity etc. So everyone gets the chance to join in. Now let’s not forget, these are crazy times and we just need to connect and de-stress. Keep this fun, keep the kids entertained and encourage them just to try. There’s no gold medals at stake or perfect technique required. 25.01.2022 Those who were already training with me would be aware that the week ahead I was planning to be closed to attend the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association conference on the Gold Coast (which is now sadly running online from the not so tropical location of my lounge!) Due to us missing out on the past week, I have decided to open up for some limited classes and PT sessions. SQUAD people already know there’s no SQUAD sessions this week. So the following classes are lo...aded up into the booking system and ready for you to book away! We are back to reduced class sizes so you MUST book in to be able to attend. This is 2 SQUADS (term 3 & term 4) worth of work, this is 2020 lockdowns, at home sessions, zoom sessions, this is showing up to every SQUAD session, this is this is choosing yourself selflessly (for probably one of the first times) this is a mumma woman finding her strength for herself and her daughter. 20.01.2022 What is leg day? It’s been leg WEEK for our weights/core circuit participants. Judging by some of the glares/swearing during our sessions I’m sure that Bunnings is running out of wheelbarrows this week #localssupportinglocals



19.01.2022 Rest days now for the Summer Fling and A-Team participants. Last night was the first session and both groups did an awesome job A-Team had sprints, squats, burpees, pushups and more sprints Summer Fling had some fun partner work, lots of low impact movements and some deep stretching. Then this morning we used the car park for everything except standing still. Oh and those stairs were pretty fun for the A-Team ... It’s never too late to join in with either group. It’s simple $10/session or $25/week to do unlimited sessions. Next session is Wed night 6pm & 6:45pm

I am recommending you book in for all the sessions you want to go to (then cancel if necessary) and then pay by cash or card either:... $10 per session at the session if you’re just attending 1-2 sessions that week, $25 at the start of a week for unlimited sessions that week (best value if you can attend more than 2 sessions in that week), Or $100 at the first session to attend all four weeks (simplest if you know you’ll be attending 2+ sessions each week) Let’s farewell 2020 and bring in 2021 in style

We are mostly confined to our homes(except essential workers) so if you’re looking for something to do WITH your kids, then join in with my short, sharp and sweaty 9 minute family ZOOM workout tomorrow at 10am (plus a little warm up and cool down will take it up to about 18minutes) It’ll be suitable for kids of all ages and adults too! What you’ll need:... Something to step onto (house steps or a sturdy box will work, you can also participate without a step) A sturdy dining table and a pillow (can also do without if needed) A sturdy dining chair or firm couch A wall to lean against A stable floor surface And kids (totally optional!!) I’ll post the zoom link tomorrow morning and I’d love to see you and your kids on there. This will be a totally FREE offering to everyone, let’s get through this circuit break together

10.01.2022 Yesterday I fell apart. Today I start to re-build. I think it’s super important to show the reality of human emotions rather than the Instagram-worthy edits, my video yesterday was vulnerable and I appreciate the way it was received by you all. Never be afraid to collapse in a snotty crying mess. Today I’ll be in work cleaning and re-organising ready for the second that the Premier gives us the green light to open. Once numbers have been released I’ll assess my thoughts on... outdoor 1:1 sessions. 07.01.2022 It’s hot. Fans are still banned. Let’s agree that anyone can wear what they want to. Wear the short shorts. Wear the crop. Guys can be topless. It’s not important about your size or shape. What’s important is that you are growing, maybe it’s growing stronger, maybe growing fitter, maybe growing braver, maybe growing tired of society’s expectations. We have fat rolls, we have stretch marks, we have scars, we have heat rashes where we have overhanging skin, we have sticky-out bones, we have sticky out bellybuttons. Let’s just get on with getting healthy. At the end of the day, it’s hot. Wear what you want and I will support you.
