25.01.2022 Do you have the same motivation every day to do your exercise? The reality is regardless of anything we all, including myself have low motivation days. What matters is you do your best to move and not let yourself fall into a low motivation hole. Advice is simple: On days you don’t feel like doing much or don’t have much time, just find something you enjoy like going for a walk. Even if you can only manage up to 30 mins it’s better than nothing!... Keep it simple then build yourself back up to your normal routine the next day and the day after and so on Don’t talk yourself out of it! (I talked myself into doing my workout today and felt great!) 22.01.2022 Give this easy delicious breakfast a go Fry some diced tomatoes either fresh or canned for about 4-5 mins Crack in 2-3 eggs, lightly season. Cover with lid and cook for about 3-4 mins Add a couple of handfuls of spinach and cook for 1 min. Serve immediately ... Happy Wednesday All!

21.01.2022 Getting my training done it’s important to maintain a routine. I’m lucky enough to have my own set up at home, but I still need to motivate myself to do it each day. I do this by selling myself the benefits of feeling accomplished once it’s done! You don’t need to have all the bells and whistles to get moving. Just get creative and get it done. Start with something as simple as getting out for a walk and following it up with one of my bodyweight only routines! 02.01.2022 This is Stevie. He’s come a very long way since joining the Terminator Tribe. I’m very proud of all he has achieved and greatful he let me be a part of his pathway to change. He now loves burpees more than ever! Here’s a note from Stevie himself "The story of my journey is simple. In no way did I think I was fat or overweight. In fact I had a hint of how people may perceive me! One day I actually made a conscious decision that just because I’m in my forties, doesn’t mean I have to accept my dad bod! A friend suggested I try a Terminator Fitness Bootcamp session. Fast forward to less than a year into it I am loving how it makes me feel psychically but also how it makes me feel good about myself. This is now something for me! I’m currently attending 3-4 sessions a week, it’s changing my life."
