21.01.2022 Have had an amazing time massaging Melbourne City's Men and Women's teams. Great fourth grand final win from the women and I wish the men's team the best of luck coming into the finals (when the games have been re-scheduled). Can't wait to see you all next season #4history

20.01.2022 Achilles tendon issue or is it??????? I met with a client who came in suffering from a sore Achilles tendon which presented after the client went for a run after having not run for years. Now this client walks every day to and from work, cycles about 30-40km every fortnight and does yoga once a week. I noticed from a quick assessment that the pain was radiating out of the tendon to the inside of the gastrocnemius and into the soleus (both calf muscles). The client also presen...ted with his hip lower on the side of injury which showed that he had a few compromised muscles and tendons. After a 15-minute treatment to the client’s calf muscles there was a noticeable change in client’s range of motion with his foot and the pain which was at a 7/10 went away. I asked to see the client the following day to check on progress and with another 5-minute treatment to the calf the client was able to walk and run without little to no pain. I did advise the client to stretch before any intense exercise or when there will be a lot of repetitive movement of that area. Also wanted to see the client in a couple of weeks to fix his hip issues as that will be a big cause of the original Achilles pain. Hope this client is feeling a lot better.

13.01.2022 I had a great time on Sunday volunteering my time down at Fairfield. Thank you to Ivanhoe & Northcote Canoe Club - Yarra Paddlers for allowing me to help out and provide massages to the paddlers and spectators. Looking forward to the next kayaking race event. Hopefully it wont be as cold and foggy as the last.

07.01.2022 I will be providing free massages for all the paddlers and spectators before, during and after the races down at Fairfield Ivanhoe with the support of Ivanhoe Northcote Canoe Club (Member’s Space) this Sunday the 23rd. I will be providing: Massaging on: Neck, shoulders, upper back and legs as well as any other requests to warm up and relax the body before your race ... Don't be afraid to pop into the tent and ask for a massage during and after the race as well!
