21.01.2022 Today, Monday 30th March, we came to the tough decision to temporarily close our doors to support the fight against Covid-19. Given the increasing number of community transmission cases & the growing number of Wollongong and Shellharbour cases we feel the time to close is now. We have been closely monitoring all reports from the government, our registration board and the Australian Chiropractors’ Association.... Whilst we have taken extra hygiene measures and followed social distancing guidelines as advised we now feel the risk of spread through clinics like ours is too great. Effective today we are closing our doors for 4 weeks, aiming to return at this stage on Monday 27th April. All scheduled visits in our diary with be moved to the week commencing 27th April. This will be confirmed by text message or phone call. If you consider yourself in acute pain, or an emergency case please call the clinic on 4256 5976, or 0434 795 423. I will be answering the phone remotely, and monitoring the answer machine regularly. I will be more than happy to chat, offer advice with the possibly of treatment in urgent circumstances. We are all in this together! Please make time to look after yourself. So exercise, eat good food, rest well and stay positive. This too will pass. All the very best in health. As an Allied Health Service we have been asked to remain open and continue to provide chiropractic Care to those who need it. Please be assured that we are committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment in our practice with contact surfaces being disinfected between treatments. We are following all recommendations.... If you have a fever, a cough, sore throat, tiredness or shortness of breath, or have returned to Australia within the 14 days DO NOT come in. Contact you GP.
