Its always an eye opener. His books are fantastic if you really want to get an understanding of the evidence of the paradigm of building health and prevention as apposed to treating symptoms. 07.01.2022 Ive been asked to share some thoughts and tips since Ive limited seeing face to face clients. Note that I dont have the answers, and I know some people are doing it tough. Lets shift our internal (and external if need be) environment and be more than tension and stress.

05.01.2022 Our brain, like a computer, gives output depending on the input it is given. If we ask a question that is huge, we will use alot of energy attempting to look at all scenerios to solve it, for instance "What will I do if my house (or city) falls apart?" has so many variables that we simply dont have all the answers to. Smarter questions to create ease are: "Is my body safe, right now, in this moment?" Or.... "Where am I feeling tension in my body, and what can I do right in ...this moment to feel more ease?" are much more manageable questions that our computer brain (nerve system) can deal with and help us feel calmer, faster.
