15.01.2022 ****{Leah Bag up for Auction}**** All proceeds go to North Shore Mums Smiles2U which is run by 3 local Mums who have all had an experience in Emergency in our local hospitals with their children. They felt a need to create care packs to help with what can be a stressful and traumatic experience for a child in Emergency. The Smiles2U kids packs include items like colouring-in books, sticker books and crayons, while the pack for mums contains items such as hand cream, lip gloss..., a bar of chocolate and lovely teas. These packs are currently distributed at five local hospitals, RNSH, Hornsby Hospital, Ryde Hospital, WISE Specialist Emergency Clinic and The SAN. The demand for the care packs is growing and we are delighted to have been able to help in some little way by donating a bag that is up for auction to help these amazing women raise $8,000.
