18.01.2022 I am proud of our plan to deliver lower taxes and better services for Canberrans.

18.01.2022 Earlier today, the Canberra Liberals elected a new leadership team. Leading our Party for the last four years has been a tremendous honour. I did not contest the leadership as now is obviously a time for change. I look forward to supporting Elizabeth Lee and Giulia Jones in every way that I can over the years ahead.

17.01.2022 We fought a tough campaign in a tough year. Thank you to all the wonderful candidates, volunteers and staff who contributed so much throughout 2020. Whilst there are many votes to be counted and a massive number of preferences to be distributed, yesterday's results are disappointing. Thank you to the many thousands of Canberrans who voted for a change.... We gave it our all. We ran a professional and positive campaign and I remain absolutely committed to making this city more affordable. Thank you to my amazing wife Yasmin and our beautiful children Angus and Annabel. Politics is a team sport and I'm so grateful to be part of a wonderful team. There will be time in the days and weeks ahead to answer the many questions that we all have. Now is the time to honour everyone who contributed to our democratic process, especially the candidates and their families. I congratulate all who have been successful and my heart goes out to those who will not be elected. I will continue to do everything I can to support the Canberra Liberals.
