TeleHealth is fully bulk-billed to eligible Medicare card holders, meaning no out-of-pocket costs to the patient. To make this work, we would ask you to;... If you are booking online or booking on behalf of someone else please provide the number of the person requiring the TeleHealth consult - this is the number the Doctor will contact the patient on Sometimes you will need to see the GP face-to-face about your health concern, please phone ahead and let our GPs decide with you whether you need to come to the clinic or not.
