25.01.2022 What we sometimes see as a failure to BEHAVE properly is actually a failure to COMMUNICATE properly. Behavior is a form of communication. Adults and children use behavior as a way to communicate. 14.01.2022 Making therapy fun is what we do best. Before we could spin we had to say some tricky sentences working on our target sound. Bonus spins and extra sprinkles were given out throughout the game to encourage extra repetitions of our target sound. 08.01.2022 Play-Doh is a fantastic resource for improving language skills. In this session we focused on comparatives (long, longer, longest) and size concepts (thin/thick). If you or someone you know has difficulty swallowing food, drink or medication it is worth while having them see a speech pathologist as it could save their life.
