24.01.2022 We're open today!! We'll be closed from tomorrow until Monday 11 May and open again from the 12th. Our Jacaranda trees are keen for new homes. They're not flowering at the moment, but this is what you can expect from them when they get a bit bigger.

23.01.2022 We'll be closed from Monday 13 July to Friday 24 July, re-opening on Monday 27 July. We're supposed to be on an overseas holiday , but instead we're going camping for two weeks .

22.01.2022 Slender Weaver's Bamboo makes a great screen in narrow garden beds, as it doesn't take up much ground space. We've got these available for $25 and $50.

19.01.2022 We'll be opening up this Saturday 6 June from 8am to 5pm (in addition to our normal hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm). Most of our citrus trees are fruiting, the tibouchinas and some hibiscus are flowering, and the jacaranda trees are growing too tall for the greenhouse. We have plenty of green waste mulch and some woodchip again too!

11.01.2022 Lemons, Oranges, Mandarins and a Blood Orange are all fruiting now. The lemons have been producing for weeks! Oranges and the Blood Orange are going well, and the mandarins are just starting. The Lemonades will come along soon enough. There's also a Kaffir Lime fruiting, not that you grow those for the fruit!

11.01.2022 WE'RE BACK!! Outback Queensland is beautiful - such a vast array of scenery. We're now back to our usual opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

06.01.2022 Looking for a feature plant? These bromeliads make an eye-catching feature. They have no spines, will take sun or shade and grow to about 1m or so across. Our plants are currently 70-75cm across. Great price at $50 each. We're open again from tomorrow (12 May), and will be open Saturday and Sunday this weekend (16 & 17 May).

05.01.2022 First world problems! All our foliage plants are growing really well and we're running out of space! Please help us by giving some of these plants a loving new home. We're open all weekend 8am to 5pm.
