21.01.2022 Some of my wonderful Mums , have asked me to post a few tips from time to time . One of my favorites is Tummy time is essential, after every feed, except in the middle of the night. It helps decrease wind , promotes a deeper sleep . Babies who don't like tummy time , can have supported tummy time until they are stronger in their neck to cope. 03.01.2022 Happy new year to my wonderful clients ... I hope you and your families have had a lovely festive season. This message is just a hello and moral support. Our little ones tend to get overly excited too during the holidays and may not sleep as much as they were.... As the festivities settle, guests go home, life returns to normal. The little ones are not as stimulated by their environment and given time and space ,they will go back to their sleeping habits. If anyone needs some support then don't hesitate to call.
