21.01.2022 I want to share a heartfelt message to you at this time because together everything is possible. Rather than isolating, we need to connect more than ever right now and through social media we can. I ask that you view the current events from a higher perspective. As Buckminster Fuller said- You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. We are all contributing to the new world mode...l with our energy. Be conscious of what energy you are projecting. Some helpful ( I hope) steps to help create this new more heart centred world: Self care, self love, notice your focus your thoughts, reaching out to others via social media etc, compassion for self & all, intelligence to question and know that this transformation is coming from us. 21.01.2022 I feel deeply that this COVID-19 is here to offer us opportunities to engage in tuning in, in seeing and hearing in new ways. As humans neglect the earth and live out of flow with her inherently intelligent regenerative ways, ( & their own) the immune system of the planet, the microbiome- seeks to bring healing and balance back to her cells (as does ours to us). Humans become ill not from the virus itself but rather from the process within the body that inhibits the natural ...flow of wellbeing. This can be through a high toxic load, poor diet, fluoridated water, high stress/ emotional trauma that has been held onto, programmed limited beliefs of being unloved, alone, afraid of self or life, disconnected from feelings or a fear of loss of identity. Leading to a feeling of separation and suppression of the bodies ability to receive the light and love of healing. What do we each need to change within our own lives that supports the flow and flourish of all life? What do we need to to do, who do we need to be as we walk upon this earth that nourishes us and gives to us infinitely, to support her and our own thriving? And what do we need to change within our belief systems, our relationship to ourselves and each other that are keeping us separate and cut off from our inherent & venerable capacity to heal, grow & thrive? In my heart I believe that this is a turning point, a grand wake up call for humanity. What has been hidden in the dark for so long is coming into the light. It’s an opportunity to stop blaming and take responsibility. We are here to experience genuine beauty, expansion, love, kindness, unity & joy. When you find it within, everything changes. 19.01.2022 Are you feeling the split? It feels as though the Red Sea has parted and the great divide is engulfing so many. The universe is giving us a big shake up, separating the wheat from the chaff. Youll no doubt notice the fakery, the projection, the massive ego, the shadows and unhealed wounds really playing out in people. BIG TIME!! People will phase out of your life, some quietly, some wanting to take you down screaming as they go! Youll be seeing their true colours. Reme...mber have compassion, for we all have our shadow sides. And many are not on the same path, they have made a different choice for their journey. We are still oscillating between 3D and 5D. As weve talked about a lot, its all coming up to the surface for healing. However, we all chose why we came here to carry out our soul work. If you are reading this then you are most likely a lightworker who made a decision to be here at this time of the great awakening. So it REALLY is a time to be grateful as you truly connect to your heart. Even when it feels extremely challenging.
