24.01.2022 So I've really been looking forward to begin the programming for Epiphany, this week she was put through all her tests, (bench press, bench pull, deadlift and back squat) to determine what her 1 Rep maximums are. With a good stretching routine and pre-hab exercises before working out Epiphany continues to develop after injuring herself playing touch football a number of years back!! Piph will be one of the first to try out our Saturday morning group sessions at Perrin park. Sessions will have a different fitness focus point each week! Don't hesitate to get in touch if you think that this is what you're after, it's a great environment to workout in and the group sizes are the perfect size to keep things fun motivating. Session times will be released in the upcoming week or two so keep an eye out!!

18.01.2022 Hey guys so group fitness sessions will be starting on Monday 6am at Perrin park with a free session. There are only 12 spots available per session with a few already taken up so make sure to get in touch fast. Our sessions are circuit based designed to achieve results through progress monitoring and results for each exercise taken down so you can see where you've improved each week. Safe to say she got through it no worries Last week also marked the start of our group sessions, we had a great first few with some pretty good results coming out of them. 05.01.2022 This morning we had Erika in for a general fitness session, we touched on upper as well as lower body conditioning today and ending with a core workout really focusing on hip strength and flexibility. Heres a short clip of what we get up to during our sessions together, they are jam packed and will almost never be the same!!!
