The Role: We are looking to employ a 1st Year Refrigeration/Air conditioning Apprentice who has the drive to excel in their TAFE studies and who can then showcase their skills and professionalism with our tradesmen on the job over a period of 4 years. Our vast range of work requires common sense and a sharp mind that can recall from previous experiences on the job, which will be an advantage in fast-tracking your learning curve. Candidates require the following: Completion of Year 12 studies with good general all round marks. Confidence in the handling and operation of hand tools A valid manual driver’s license Must be flexible in start times due to our travel requirements, site conditions and accepting that our often-random finish times may impact on your social life. Ability to meet the tradesman on site or at a halfway point before or at the end of the day using your own transport.
