08.01.2022 Sure been hard times, between being a allergy mum of 4 along with started back workforce this past year on top of pandemic and recently lost my dad.... So apologies haven’t been as active as normally been for while now. Trying lead by example and no matter how big the effort has been made myself a coconut bowl and currently reading @lisamessenger book daily to keep me on my feet. Trying to implement a routine and get some nutrition and grounding at a time that’s been most challenging. 06.01.2022 {Hospital visit} Last week this was us, our girl in emergency at hospital and kept in over night after having go back a second time , her in extreme stomach pain. Ultrasound done and found swollen lymph nodes around bowels and stomach, so further referrals back to children hospital gastrointestinal specialist in future. #allergyfreecoach #fpies #eoe #allergymums #challenges #allergymum #allergies
