25.01.2022 Hi folks, Bootcamp is back on from this Saturday 28/11/20 Located at the Grange Sailing Club, 417 Seaview Road Henley Beach 1st session free, $20/person/session after that.... 1hour session, 8am sharp start. Arrive 15min early so we can complete COVID contact tracing requirements prior to session start time please. Bring your water bottle, hat, sunscreen, towel & bathers. We will have a couple of exercises involving the water ;-) Hope to see you all there, looking forward to a fun morning exercising on the beach. See more
