24.01.2022 Save the Date for Bunbury PCYC Glitz and Glamour Masquerade Ball being held on Saturday October 6th. Tickets for $75 will go on sale August 20th. This is an 18+ event to help and support, future programs with the youth of Bunbury.

24.01.2022 Alliance Housing held their second BBQ on 14th November. 28 people attended to enjoy one anothers company. New Board members were able to meet with some of our tenants. We look forward to the next one in 2019.

21.01.2022 Its time our leisure pool had a makeover! We need to do some maintenance to ensure our high standards of safety are maintained. This work includes replacing th...e existing pool liner and upgrading some tiling. As such, the leisure pool will be closed from August 16 to September 21 2018. Everything else is open! Including the 50m pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The 25m pool will reopen in time for the September school holidays. During this time, there will be some minor changes to the Little Lappers Swim School programs and Water Walking Group Fitness Classes. 14.01.2022 UPDATE: Making the health and safety of our employees, community and tenants has been our number one priority in these recent times and Alliance Housing WA has responded to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with integrity and care. Our office has been closed and employees working from home but we have still been able to deliver our services as normal as possible to our tenants whilst minimalizing all unnecessary contact.... With restrictions gradually being restricted in WA this means we are able to resume some face-face to contact between staff and tenants. From June, Alliance Housing WA will be able to recommence inspections and visiting tenants in their homes, but with strict procedures in place. Please be advised our office is still closed to the public and only urgent and necessary appointments will be scheduled at this point in time. Please call the office on 08 9791 5438 if you require assistance. We encourage everyone to continue their great work and keep following the guidelines of social distancing, cleaning and hygiene measures to avoid a second wave of infection

02.01.2022 We are very excited to be able to share our new project ! See below media release as given to Preston Press BRIDGE STREET HOUSING PROJECT ... After some initial delays, an exciting project to build 11independent living units for tenants over the age of 65 on Bridge Street in Donnybrook is up and running. The development will incorporate universal design principles and feature nine two-bedroom units, as well as two one-bedroom units within walking distance of the Donnybrook town centre. Alliance Housing is undertaking the project, with work expected to commence on site in April. The $3.125M project is due to be completed by May 2022 . With a strong focus on ageing-in-place, the units will meet Austral ian Adaptable Housing Standards and offer an affordable rental option for eligible persons. Alliance Housing was established over 20 years ago to assist in the development of a community housing sector in the South West. Building good local networks and creating a strong local presence has assisted them to grow in size and reputation. By providing secure affordable housing and encouraging tenant participation they aim to enrich the lives of those they assist. Kay Shaw - Acting CEO of Alliance said "Alliance is particularly pleased to be broadening its SW regional housing opportunities to include Donnybrook-Balingup as this has long been in our planning.
