22.01.2022 Merry Christmas to you all! Tell me what does Christmas mean to you? For me it’s all about coming together as a family, I have NEVER missed a Xmas lunch at my parents house!!! Conversation, good food and lots of love!!!... Even though hubby, Anabela and myself are now plant based for the second Xmas in a row my mum has been so accomodating to our needs, grateful for my family and having Mum, Dad and My little brother (now in his 30’s but I’ll always. E his big sis) close to home

17.01.2022 SelfCare Sunday - I saw a post this year that really resonated with me and was the reason why I started taking my fitness seriously. ‘If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your Illness’. It got me thinking and now I do not miss out on my daily SelfCare. Every day I do something small to help top up my cups and on Sunday I focus more on SelfCare. Today it will be taking the time to do my nails, my full skincare routine (I scrub and mask... once a week) and doing things that fill my cup! Burnout is a real thing and it isn’t a nice place to be, I have been there and refuse to go back! What can you do today that will help fill your cups? Spiritual, mental, emotional and physical SelfCare is a must!

14.01.2022 Iv had a lot of reflection time lately as my business Coach/friend Olivia has really helped me discover why certain things in my life and business happen in this cycle and keep holding me back! I am spiritual and emotion person and I find it hard to let go of those I hold dear who for one reason of another (most the time it’s not clear) have chosen not to continue a friendship with me. When you enter the parenthood chapter in life it’s a hormonal haze and priorities change, w...e need to discover what works for us, i wanted to stay home and bond with my daughter and figure out this parent thing. Many cant understand that things with kids happen and we can’t just leave drop everything like we use to. We all do the parenthood thing differently and we all just need to respect that. Time to journal out those last few lingering emotions around friendships that are no longer and move forward in life without these strings attached.

02.01.2022 After almost 4years working from home, so I an be there for my daughter every step of the way, 10years trying to get somewhere in my own business (as well as maintaining a full time job up until September 2016) I have found my TRUE passion thanks to my coach (olivia)!!! i am on the verge of signing my own coaching client AND just by helping people set up a preferred shopping club account to enjoy products which are mostly nut free and vegan, FREE from all nasty chemicals, ju...st general day to day products we would buy at the supermarket, pharmacy, supplement store etc and good for our general wellbeing and health I will have an amazing residual! No it’s NOT MLM, no selling, no stock just rewarded to help people set up their preferred customer account and swap their shop and help them better their lives!!!
