24.01.2022 Sprinkler watering times always seem to be a hot topic! There is no "best" time, ie 10 mins, that suits everyone. How long you water for needs to be determined by what type of sprinklers and nozzles you have, as well as what plants/lawn you have and even your soil type. If you aren't sure, feel free to email, pm or call us on 9331 2521 and ask!

22.01.2022 Winter is here! Our opening hours have changed. Also don't forget to turn your reticulation off until 31st August. Bore owners are allowed to flush sprinkler systems once a week on their normal rostered watering days, for about 2 minutes per station. We recommend bore owners doing this every week or two, particularly those with centrifugal pumps, as the pumps and valves aren't happy not being used for 3 months! When you turn on controllers for your bore and/or reticulation make sure you take time to check that all the areas come on and are working correctly with no leaks. After sitting idle for months, some sprinklers decide they aren't ready to pop up or rotate correctly! Often they just need some lawn trimmed away and a little help flushing out sand or soil, but feel free to call if you need any advice or assistance. 9331 2521

18.01.2022 It's Winter! So make sure you have turned off your reticulation controller. Perth's winter sprinkler switch off applies to all scheme and bore water users in Perth from 1 June to 31 August every year. During the winter of 2019 we saved around 5 billion litres of water by switching off our sprinklers.

15.01.2022 Effective immediately our shop is only open by appointment. Service work will continue as normal. Orders over $200 will be delivered free the following day, within a 10km radius. 07.01.2022 Worried about water prices? Ask for a price to have a bore installed complete with submersible pump, stainless steel cable, pipe and fittings all hooked up to your reticulation. Price is dependent on depth to water, which we can check for you.

03.01.2022 The warmer weather has bought a steady flow of people into the shop complaining of patchy lawns. If you want help to work out the best reticulation design or to know the pros and cons of different sprinkler and nozzle types, we are happy to help. Draw up a mud map of your lawn/garden areas with distances and what is running now, and come on in! Incorrect spacing and unmatched precipitation will always show up in this heat! For those worried about water bills, we also do new bore installations!
