10.01.2022 This large carpark was installed with no drainage causing flooding in the low areas with each rain! We sawcut 2 squares in the low areas and installed large concrete soakwells more than capable of taking even heavy rain. Backfilled, compacted and repaired the carpark back to new. Red gravelpave hotmix was used to patch around the soakwell, however the red colouring takes a little while to develop, but will eventually match the rest of the carpark. Rockingham, Perth.

08.01.2022 Sometimes soakwells have a subsidence next to them after many years. At this commercial property in the West Swan, we saw cut and removed the sunken surface, backfilled and compacted and repaired the asphalt carpark back to new.
