22.01.2022 Simple & delicious, just outta the oven. Every Monday it’s treat yo’ self after a long weekend of production. Me and my little man go out and share a croissant & coffee. I love that food helps hold those memories even stronger in our mind. Every time I smell a croissant fresh out of the oven I think of these little moments in time... what’s your favourite croissant memory ?

20.01.2022 Sorry I’ve been a little quiet on the ol socials recently. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes sorting out an exciting new HQ for Peachy. I’m super excited (and a little nervous) but we should be up and running in the next couple of months. ~ After lots of back and forth pondering if it’s the right time (global pandemic, recession etc. no biggies) I decided at some point you have to trust in yourself and those around you and take a leap. ~ What you habitually think larg...ely determines what you will ultimately become. If you always put limits on what you can do, physical or anything else, it'll spread over into the rest of your life. It'll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. - Bruce Lee ~ I love this quote, it’s easy to doubt yourself and worry about all the things you can’t control. I want my son to take risks, believe in himself, work hard, be passionate and stay true to himself. I need to set the example, here I go... 17.01.2022 The simplicity of pastry from the outside looking in, but behind the scenes it takes 3 days to make our puff. Currently the perfect symbolism for my life. I’ve been on struggle street for the past few weeks with my little mans 430am early rises. I’d sit around in zombie land and brood over why we were both awake before sunrise. This week I’ve mixed it up and decided to embrace the 430am hustle, basically making it my new wake up time. If he sleeps in then I get a few extra... hours to work on the biz. If he’s up, well then so am I and there’s no resentment, I guess it’s play time! ~ The mum/business owner juggle can be a little overwhelming at times but I’m starting to realise that having a positive attitude and changing my mindset makes me a much happier person and better mum. Maybe one day I’ll get my back but for now I’m thankful for the few extra hours in the day I’m getting #mumhustle See more

I wanted to create a company that not only produced delicious products but cares about where all our ingredients come from. In the coming weeks we’ll be showcasing all our local suppliers. By supporting us you’re supporting them too. Our puff pastry is made with Pepe Saya Whey butter. ... ‘Whey butter is made using cream that is separated from the whey during cheese-making, creating a whey cream. The whey cream is then churned into butter, creating a nutty, creamy and sharp flavour. It is perfect for baking, with its true flavour releasing with heat. Whey butter is highly prized in Europe, especially in baking. In France it’s called beurre de sérum (butter of the whey), with many French patisseries using it in their croissants. In England it’s called whey butter or farmhouse butter.
