24.01.2022 **ONE CALL - ONE TEAM** Garage ceiling sheets about to collapse. Removed and disposed, installed missing timber trimmers (should have been done originally by builders!), re-sheeted + cornice, painted, reinstalled light fitting and man hole framing.

Stripped walls, re-sheeted, repaired bearer and floor boards, replace and swing back door, convert doorway to square set opening, reinstate skirting + archs, replace insulation and lick of paint to top it all off. Electrical and cabinet makers where also coordinated by ALLROUNDER PLASTERING for this job.

10.01.2022 **When the cheaper guys fail** Failure to identify unlevel ceiling with level tiles would quickly grab even an untrained eyes attention and look rubbish! Solution. Ceiling leveled with slight bulkhead to return to existing ceiling height & glass screen to divide the difference. Also returned cornice to finish flush with square/full height tiles.
