They all do different genres from ballet to hip hop and we absolutely love having them at our studio. Strong muscles will not only help you hit harder, jump higher, and last longer, but will decrease your risk of injury. Plus who doesnt want a six pack and ripped ballerina legs These exercises from @progressingballettechnique are just superb working on strengthening those muscles in a way that focuses on correct form and technique in dance. If youre not a...lready, we HIGHLY recommend coming along to one of our PBT classes that we offer for every age group here at Allstar, open to every student no matter their ability! As part of our CUA40113 Certificate IV in Dance in partnership with @_empowerdance_ RTO40397, these girls have been learning about the importance of taking care of your bodies to ensure the longevity of your dance career. It is SO important to train your muscles in other ways to build up that strength and prevent injuries. Listen to your body! ... 03.01.2022 As our Certificate IV in Dance (CUA40113 in partnership with Empowerdance RTO40397) for 2020 starts to come to a close, our girls have been reflecting on everything this opportunity has brought them. Here’s what the lovely Rhiannon had to say about her experience: When Dawne announced that she was offering a Certificate III (CUA30113) and IV (CUA40113) in dance (in partnership with Empowerdance RTO40397) I was really excited as I saw it as an opportunity to enhance my teach...ing capabilities, and it has been an incredible success. I have been exposed to numerous practices and other forms of dance that is not always offered. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Somatic practices, the benefits that it offers and how I could embed that into my future classroom.
