25.01.2022 Just a quick reminder of how to keep all our office staff safe & sound. Please take a moment to have a look at this handy checklist before sending any work to the lab - Take awesome impression! - Wash & disinfect said awesome impression! - Place said disinfected/sterilized awesome impressions (and/or registrations) in sealed lab bag. (Same goes for all wax rims & try ins) ... - Fill out all details on labsheet provided. - Check return dates (ASAP is not a date ) - Place labsheet in separate pocket of sealed lab-bag (no staples please) Do not put labsheets inside bag with impressions! - Hand lab bag to our tamed racing drivers for delivery (Jan & Fiona) If you need lab bags or lab forms, please ask our aforementioned drivers as they usually have some readily available on the road alternately labsheets are available directly on our website.

On a related note - if your opening hours have changed please let us know so that we can make sure lab-work can be delivered.... Also, just a quick reminder that due to OHS , we need all work to be properly packaged (sealed!) in the lab bags provided. Let’s keep our couriers safe!

21.01.2022 While there is yet to be confirmation that the Dental Industry is considered an essential service, we are continuing on the assumption that it probably will be. We will be operating normal hours (8:30 -5) on Monday and see where things go from there. Stay safe & stay tuned for updates.

14.01.2022 Hiho! Just a quick 2020 update! We are still open & accepting emergency work throughout the Stage 4 Lockdown with a few slight changes. * Our opening hours will be reduced to 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday. ... * Repairs/Additions/Relines will be returned next day. * Regular in-lab working time will be extended by an additional 2 days on all other products. If you call for a collection outside out new hours, simply leave a message and we will collect the next day. Stay safe!

We are still providing the same high quality work and hygiene practices as we always have , although we are adjusting our workflow to suit current needs & keep our employees safe. 10.01.2022 Update Time! Well, here we are again! In accordance with the latest lockdown the lab will be closed until Thursday 18th Feb. ... All casework will be on hold until we re-open. Return dates of all ongoing casework will be adjusted accordingly. We will be in touch to keep you updated on Thursday morning & do our utmost to keep this disruption to a minimum.

08.01.2022 Quick update on crazy day in the life of 2020! We are open and acceping cases as per normal. A significant increase in cases has the team working overtime to meet the demand for our services. Some regular working times are being adjusted to meet this increase. We thank you for your patience and understanding ... Unfortunately with the increased work we have seen an alarming trend of lab work not being prepared properly for lab submission. Please be sure to use the lab bags provided. Jobs should be disinfected and sealed without staples. The prescription form should be placed in the separate pouch on the front of the bag. This is a significant Occupation Health & Safety Issue for our team - couriers in particular. Please do the right thing. Our couriers carry a supply of labsheets & bags in case you are running low.
