25.01.2022 A Wings2Fly Theatre intensive production week with Alicia Zorkovic and Michelle Nightingale also includes workshops with guest professionals, who come with a range of skill sets which benefit all of our young actors. In October, one of our guests is Tallora Dee, who will be running a workshop on Special Effects Make-up which will be handy for all of our Zombies. Here is a bit about her experience and expertise and also some pictures of her work. Originally inspired by Rick ...Bakers zombie work on Michael Jacksons Thriller at age 10 and loving art, Tallora wanted to get into the film industry and become a monster and FX maker. Despite this she first studied costume design, and while in her final year of costume, she enrolled into her first makeup course. Not surprisingly after her first course, she also fell in love with the fashion side of makeup, before getting into the wedding industry both which she loves. After her Diploma under the training of Oscar Winning Makeup artist of Braveheart, Peter Frampton, she began to do more films and theatre, her bridal/formal work expanded and in 2007 she became a makeup and beauty educator. In 2008 she started Mobile Make-Overs Australia and now has a very talented team of 9 hair, makeup and beauty artists. 05.01.2022 After our final performance last Sunday, Alicia asked her Junior Cast what they had learnt from working with Wings2Fly Theatre intensively over the past week. She loved all the responses but her favourite came from Chloe (12) who said "I learnt that acting is hard work, and its so much more than just learning lines". Here we dont just want our students to have a good time - we want them to walk away with better skills, more appreciation for the art of acting and the beauty of theatre, and a newfound respect for themselves and each other as artists. The fact that they make new best friends and squeal a lot at the end is just a bonus!

They both come with a wealth of experience and expertise and are so diverse in their skills. Both having worked in film, television and stage and have a list of credits an arms length long.
