24.01.2022 Wow I think our All Stars will sleep well tonight! Today’s session was a fun fitness class with resistance bands, body weight and boxing! We also played our exercise lucky dip game - (see previous posts for printable template) we all shared our favourite exercises and a round of musical statues to finish! What a blast

24.01.2022 It's LEGO week - Build a castle, fort or anything you can imagine. Plus we will be decorating crowns with jewels and sparkle so we can be kings and queens for a day! Experienced Support Workers will be there to help and assist as needed. All Stars Craft a social craft and activity club for awesome Autistic kiddos and their families (including siblings!) Suitable for ages 5-10 year olds... Held at the Joondalup Family Centre. Every Saturday of the School Term 2:30pm-4pm $10 per child (pay as you go) Cash or EFTPOS available Fruit for the kids will be provided as well as tea and coffee for parents/carers.

23.01.2022 Always was. Always will be. At All Stars Kids Club today we continued our NAIDOC Week celebrations. We learnt about the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We also made some aboriginal inspired craft and drawings. One of our All Stars read an Acknowledgment of Country then Joel Hogan played the didgeridoo and some of our All Stars even had a go! What a special afternoon

Thank you for opening your hearts to the possibility of helping and healing each other a little bit (and a lot) each week. 14.01.2022 Each week we watch with joy as new friendships are made, confidence grows and more families connect. We had a lot of fun this afternoon creating with Lego. Our teen mentor Max, support workers and volunteers helped the kids create some Lego masterpieces and enjoy some free social play. We are so grateful for our All Stars community Next week we have Nadia from Gems by Nadia running a crystal incursion, with beautiful crystals for the kids to take home - we can’t wait!

13.01.2022 We’re so excited to be introducing a new program this year - our All Stars Juniors!! As mums of autistic kids, we wish this program was available when our kids were little, but we’re doing the next best thing and creating one for you guys! There’ll be consistency each week, with a welcoming song, three activities the kids can choose from (water exploration, craft & an obstacle course), plus parachute play and plenty of love for our parents and carers. Oh, and fruit for the kids! Can’t forget fruit time! We’ll have support workers to help out and we can’t wait to meet you and build our beautiful community! 13.01.2022 Hooray! All Stars for Autism and The Alignment Collective have joined forces to create a moment of magic for Perth autistic kids and their families. We’re thrilled to announce that with the incredible support of the Alignment Collective’s members (via their inspiring Community Giveback Program) we’ll be giving 20 autistic children, and their carers, an opportunity to participate in Barnyard Yoga FOR FREE! Organised and held at the Alignment Collective, the kids will enjoy... very gentle flow yoga amongst some little farmyard friends - including rabbits, guinea pigs, lambs, goats, chickens, ducks and a piglet!
