Miss Brittany enjoyed a 25 year career in Australian Film and Television, beginning her career at age 7 in the classic film Babe and was nominated for a Logie Award at the age of 9! She went on to star in long-running TV series and secured many guest roles on major TV dramas. Miss Brittany has worked alongside Aussie greats such as Geoffrey Rush, Sigrid ...Thornton and even Heath Ledger! Miss Brittany decided to step away from the film industry in 2020 to focus completely on teaching and connecting with younger students. Beanie For Brain Cancer was started by The Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF) which is a not for profit organisation by Mark and Kirralee Hughes following Marks diagnosis with Brain Cancer in 2013. Mark is a well known and highly respected former Newcastle Knights Rugby League player, business and community identity who is undergoing treatment to fight brain cancer. The Mark Hughes Foundation has been formed to raise much needed funds to fund brai...n cancer research, heighten awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families within the community.
