25.01.2022 To all Annuals. An email has been sent in regards to bookings in the park and Covid requirements. Please check your inbox. If you have not received it please email the office. Thanks.
24.01.2022 2021 SOUTHERN 80 SKI RACE Regretfully will not run in 2021 Several factors have led to the Moama Water Sports Club, to make the decision not to run 2021 South...ern 80. The COVID situation in Victoria particularly at present is very fluid and with the uncertainly of social distancing guidelines and NSW border closures the Moama Water Sports Club cannot plan with certainty for the event to take place. Due to the on-going and complex restrictions around the COVID-19 pandemic the board of Ski Racing Australia has decided to further delay the upcoming racing season until July 1, 2021. Unfortunately, the increased health protocols that have been imposed by the various Health and Police departments on all organised events require that event organisers be responsible for enforcing compliance with all COVID health protocols not only for participants but also for spectators. This has led to the very difficult decision by the Moama Water Sports Club to cancel the 2021 Southern 80 which was due to take on the 12th to the 14th February 2021. We will now start planning for the 2022 event to be held on the 11th to 13th February and we look forward to seeing you at Victoria Park Echuca, under the new Echuca / Moama bridge. #southern80
22.01.2022 Ok, the news you have all been waiting for... as of tomorrow WE ARE OPEN!!!!! There will be some regulations that must be enforced at all times to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.... * We are not allowed to take any bookings from people inside of the Melbourne lock down zone. * Face masks must be worn at all times if outside of your van/cabin (this includes under flyovers sorry) * Gatherings are not allowed to be of more than 10 people. * A social distance of 1.5m must be kept at all times. All bookings must be done via email so that we have records of attendance. (this is to help avoid completing the 2 pg Covid form that I know everyone loved) We have been asked to remind people that as the river is NSW, unless you have a permit people are not allowed in the water. I think its fair to say the kids cant wait to see someone else's face other than Brendan's and mine :-)
16.01.2022 To all annuals, Details in regards to the opening of the park on June 1st should be sent to you via email through out the day. Please be patient as we collect all the information that is required.
16.01.2022 To all Annuals, A friendly reminder that the next lot of annual paperwork is due at the end of the month. If you need another copy emailed to you please contact the office.
14.01.2022 ****In light of today's announcement. We have yet to be officially updated with what the restriction will be at the park and when they will come into effect. We should be updated by tomorrow morning. Please be patient and restrain from ringing asking questions as we currently know just as much as you. In the mean time please stay safe
12.01.2022 The park will be attending a webinar in tuesday to try and find out the details about when the park can re open and what must be in place in order to do so. There has been much confusion over the last week and we appreciate everyone's patience during these confusing times. In the mean time, please stay safe.
10.01.2022 We seem to be having some unknown issues with our emails where some annual's don't seem to be receiving our updates on the park. We apologize and have contacted our provider to investigate this issue.
10.01.2022 ***Update on park operations. Currently we have yet to be officially informed on what restrictions will be applied to the caravan park over the next coming weeks. We will notify everyone once we have been updated. As we are expecting the worse with the park having to close again we are suggesting all annuals (and storage) that if you need to removed any items from your site or turn your power off it will need to be done prior to Wed 11:59pm.... If the park goes back into shut down, no annuals will be allowed to stay Wed night. This is just an assumption at this stage but we are trying to give people time to come and take their belongings. (People from hotspot areas are not to attend).
10.01.2022 Dear Annuals, Please check your emails in regards to 'Revised information' regarding site usage that we have been informed today. If you have not received an email please contact the office.... Questions will not be answered via Facebook.
10.01.2022 OK, here is what we know so far... The park will be opening as of Thursday morning... Yay!!!! However there will be restrictions in place and those details have not been given to us as yet but hoping to have them by tomorrow.... In the mean time while we wait for the fine print please make sure your current annual agreement is completed and handed back to the park to avoid any more delays in you getting in the gate. Fingers crossed we can see you all soon.
08.01.2022 We understand that people are excited about the possible opening up of the park this weekend. Please restrain from ringing us at the moment as we are currently in a webinar trying to get all the information so that we can relay it back to you. We will contact you all once we find out the details.
03.01.2022 In regards to recent changes to park stay as of 29/05/20. These are the current facts that we know and our park has in place. Please note other parks may have their own policies, these do not apply to us.... We are currently following the Victorian Government requirements. On June 1st the park will be open to annuals only. (No campers or visitors) The parks toilets will be open but not the showers. Annuals that have at least a fully functional fitted shower in their OWN site will be allowed access. Social distancing of 1.5m among guess must be in place at all times. Social gatherings of more than 20 people are not permitted. All site holders must complete a stat declaration form for all occupants staying in their site and have it returned to the park prior to arrival but no earlier than 48 hours. If you have yet to receive your stat dec. via email and intend on coming up, please contact the park for them to send out a copy. The playground will be open with restrictions to usage. Other communal facilities eg laundry, BBQ are still off limits. Please be advised that these conditions are subject to change at any point due to Covid-19 updates. We understand that these current government regulations don't always suit everyone, but if everybody can do their bit we are hopeful that further restrictions will be lifted in the near future.
