14.01.2022 Victor is a Speech Therapy Assistant who has just graduated from his Masters at @unimelb. His sessions with his client, a 13yo boy with autism, have focused on anxiety management, breathing techniques, social skills and community engagement. They’ve also gone on several outings to the theatre, walking the dog and going to buy ice-cream. From day one they seemed to be a perfect match. Their range of conversational topics started at their love of watching classic movies and ga...ming, all the way to politics and current affairs. We chose Victor because of his initiative and outstanding effort to make sessions enjoyable, and his open communication and feedback with the Ally Assist team. Victor will be joining our friends at @everydayindependence as a Speech Pathologist in 2021.
