13.01.2022 People are putting on far too much weight today, than they do forty or fifty years ago. Why do you think that is? When I was a young boy, life at home was simple. You go to School from 7.30am until 1.00pm; return home and have something to eat, then we go out and do a variety of things. eg. fetch firewood for the family cooking, join other family members cleaning and cutting the grass or go to the Plantation initially to do a bit of work and get taro, banana and firewood f...or the family. These days, young boys at home do not do what I did. Families have easier access to everything through the support they are getting from many overseas. Today, they do not work as hard as we did. So, they get big, affected by diseases like sugar-diabetes etc . . . We are meant to live life - live it well - live it to the full.
