01.01.2022 My kids know it's the school holidays when I start making fried rice from anything that I have in the pantry and fridge. Tonight, it's hoisin chicken fried rice. So easy but I think I need to buy a wok. Although, not sure if I will still get the crusty rice at the bottom (like paella), which I love!
