11.01.2022 Isolation, loneliness and disconnection are common problems when working from home. Many workplaces are offering new socialising opportunities for employees working from home to ensure that everyone feels connected and part of the team. If your workplace doesn't offer socialisation opportunities, suggest starting a virtual Friday drinks or the implementation of a messaging app such as Slack or Teams to keep in touch with your colleagues. This will ensure better opportunities ...to make sure everyone feels connected and part of the team which in turn increases moral and efficiency. It's a win-win situation! #workfromhome #tips #takecareofyou
