23.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just to let everyone know. Ive had a fall over the weekend resulting in having crutches to get around. I am still working, although I wont always be at the shop due to mobility. So even though there is a closed sign on the door, I am still working.

21.01.2022 Alpine Computers will be tentatively closed today due to getting some big dental work. I will still try and get the PCs and Laptops ready to be picked up still today. Please excuse if I dont. I will be available Saturday if I have to pick up the slack.

15.01.2022 Just a quick post in regards to phone and internet scams. These guys are getting really good at the moment and I am aware of a few people that have been caught out. The end result was their bank accounts were completely cleaned out. The only way to resolve this is through the Federal Police with a turn around time of at least 12 weeks. If you receive a phone call in regards to you "Internet, modem, IP address or phone line/s being compromised, just hang up as you would never ...receive a call like this from Telstra or any other Internet or phone line supplier. 14.01.2022 Alpine Computers will remain open during the six weeks of stage 3 lockdown. Pretty much the same rules as last time. One person in the shop at a time. Unless they are from your household then two maximum. No Mask No Entry. ... It is preferred to call ahead to discuss a time. Rather than walk ins. Hours will still be Mon to Fri 10am to 2pm. Hours will vary. Also please be patient as suppliers are running out of stock and taking longer to restock. Also postage is very unpredictable at the moment. 11.01.2022 Alpine Computers will continue to operate Monday to Friday. At this stage I will be open from 10am until 2pm. Hours may vary. Its best to call ahead. If you have computers or phones that need repairing, sooner rather than later is the way to go as parts are running out in Australia. New PCs and Laptops through my suppliers are being heavily discounted at the moment and its a good time to upgrade your equipment if you plan on working from home.
